BOLD. FREE Weekly Log & Action Plan!
Eleven years, two months and fourteen days.
That’s how many days I’ve been employed by a cooperate pharmacy company. I’ve remained there for various reasons…just like most regular, middle class Americans I stayed out of fear. Fear of losing insurance, stability, credibility, security…
But, in the midst of this fear are we not afraid of losing time with loved ones?
Are we not afraid of looking back asking ourselves, ‘what have I done with my life?‘
Are we not afraid of moving forward with all our passion and might in our hearts?
Are we not afraid of giving our talents to the world?
Why does this fear of not having enough constantly hold us back?
Where is my faith?
I think we forget just how powerful we truly are. Seriously. The only real thing that’s stopping us from reaching our full potential on earth is the fear of letting go and allowing our strength and courage to be put the test with hard work . It takes an immense amount of courage to branch out on your own. We all have a unique gift and calling on our lives. For some it is indeed working for cooperate America. Oh, cooperate. Where would we teeny tiny little humans be without you? But, did you know there’s more to life than clocking in and clocking out for the man? There is more than one way to
earn a livinglive a bold and prosperous life?
I don’t have all my ducks in a row. I’m sure I’m missing a few eggs in my basket. I may even be a few marbles short.
But, you know what the beautiful thing is here and now?
God is still God. And He is incredible. And my faith needs to be bigger.
“You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” Matthew 14:31
I believe in faith that I have the power to change lives. To inspire. To create beauty. To dream up the freaking impossible! Do to the impossible. To live out the dream that is in my heart for a very specific reason. It’s going to take a lot of work. More than your standard 40 hour workweek. I’ll be rolling up my sleeves, ready to get down and dirty as the local in-home personal trainer for our area. I’ll be working feverishly on online training, new and exciting PDFs, boot-camps, running clubs for kids (this is something I’ve been dreaming to do!), my revolutionary KickYo class and this blog.
Am I absolutely terrified? You bet. But, I’d rather move forward boldly terrified than to be cowering in the forever of “what ifs”.
As a “thank you” for sticking with my blog transition (As you can see I have quite a bit of work to get done here! Many posts have gone MIA. eek.) and for every single encouraging word I’ve been given for my new journey, I’ve created a very simple weekly workout log and basic action plan. The action plan I’ve put together is something I challenge myself on often. It’s quick and easy to download, read over and hammer out!

By the grace of God I stand here today before you a new creation. Welcome to a BOLD 2017 and beyond…Join me?

The words “I am” are potent words; be careful what you hitch them to. The thing you’re claiming has a way of reaching back and claiming you. – A. L. Kitselman
